ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins March 16, 2016 at 11:59am EST and ends April 12, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM EST. To enter, access the "Resort Madness" voting brackets and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and their decisions regarding same shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Sponsors, they reserve the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as they deems appropriate.

Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents and residents of Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc. or any of their respective members, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, suppliers, printers, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family or household members of each, and such employees' immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Void where prohibited by law including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin islands and other commonwealths, territories and possessions.

Prize: The Grand Prize Winner ("Winner") will receive a three (3) night stay at any resort offered by the Sponsors excluding Foxhunt at Sapphire Valley, in a one-bedroom suite. The retail value of this prize is between $576 - $3,879 USD depending on resort selected, unit availability and travel dates selected. Airfare, transportation to and from resort, parking, incidental expenses, and nightly room taxes (ranging from $10 - $161 USD) are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the Winner. A valid passport is required for all visitors to the United States, including those entering from Canada. You can find additional information regarding these requirements at www.passportcanada.gc.ca. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Resort reservations are final and require 14 days advance notice. Travel must take place by April 13, 2017. Resort reservations must be booked through CLUB WYNDHAM Travel. All Prizes are nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash. Winner must claim Prize within 21 days of notification.

Winning: One grand prize winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries received on or about April 13, 2016 at Sponsor's corporate office. Winner need not be present to win. There will be one grand prize winner per each Sponsor's Facebook page for a total of three (3) winners. Official notice to winner is by email. If the winner does not claim the Prize within twenty-one (21) days from notification, the Prize will remain unawarded. Canadian Law requires that residents of Canada answer a skill testing question correctly prior to the receipt of the prize. This question shall be included within the official notice of the prize winnings. To receive the Prize, Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Authorization and release, which includes consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsors for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. This Affidavit of Authorization and Release must be notarized by a notary public. Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax witholdings resulting from prize award.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depends upon number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all of a portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, Internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no liability for lost, late or illegible entries. Sponsors are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in the acceptance of or use of the Prizes or participation in this Sweepstakes.
